- Official Idaho checks: mail or hand-deliver the proper BCI name or fingerprint request form
- Sealing and set-aside filings: ask the clerk of the court that handled the case for the current procedure
The primary law-enforcement counter is the Power County Sheriff's Office, 550 Gifford Street, American Falls, ID 83211, 208-226-2311. Published counter hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Court records use the separate clerk address and form.
